BSGM Moves to Acquire FINRA/SEC-Registered Broker-Dealer for RWA Tokenization Expansion

BioSig Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSGM), now merged with Streamex Exchange Corporation, has taken a decisive step toward becoming a pioneer in regulated Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization. The company has engaged Compliance Exchange Group (CXG) to acquire a FINRA and SEC-registered broker-dealer, positioning Streamex as one of the first NASDAQ-listed issuers of compliant RWA tokens in the U.S.

The acquisition aims to create a platform with first-mover advantage in offering tokenized, gold-backed investment opportunities to both institutional and retail investors. This strategic MOVE is expected to accelerate adoption of Streamex's proprietary on-chain RWA commodity market platform, while the company continues exploring similar broker-dealer opportunities in other key jurisdictions.
